Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to Holy Meal meal delivery service, the customer agrees to the following terms:

Weekly Subscription & Billing By registering, the customer authorizes automatic weekly billing to their credit card based on the number of meals selected. Billing occurs after the weekly cutoff:

• For Monday deliveries: by Friday at 12:00 PM
• For Thursday deliveries: by Tuesday at 11:59 PM

Meal Selection Customers must select their meals by the cutoff time. If no meals are selected, a $50 charge will be applied and added as store credit to the customer’s account for future use. This credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Discounts & Pricing Discounts apply based on the number of meals selected:

• 6 meals – 5% off + $10 shipping
• 10 meals – 10% off + $10 shipping
• 14 or more meals – 15% off + free shipping Meal prices range from $15 to $18 before discounts.

Shipping

• Orders under 14 meals: $10 flat-rate shipping
• Orders of 14 meals or more: Free shipping

Credit Policy If meals are not selected in time, a $50 charge will be applied and stored as credit for future use. Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be used through the same customer account.

Pause & Cancellation Subscriptions can be paused or canceled anytime through the user dashboard. To avoid charges for the upcoming week, changes must be made before the weekly cutoff.

Refund Policy No refunds will be issued. Any charges made without meal selections will be held as store credit.

Account Management Customers are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up-to-date:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email
• Payment method It is also the customer’s responsibility to check for updates via email or SMS.

Promo Codes Promo codes may be entered at checkout and are subject to their own terms. Only one code per order unless stated otherwise.

Customer Support A “Need Help?” button is available on the dashboard for:

• WhatsApp support
• Contact form
• FAQ page

Meal Availability All meals are subject to availability. If a selected meal is out of stock, a replacement will be provided or credit will be issued.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions Holy Meal is not responsible for allergic reactions. Ingredients and nutritional info are available on the site. Customers with food sensitivities should contact us prior to ordering.

Delivery Terms Orders are delivered to the customer-provided address. We are not responsible for issues caused by:

• Incorrect address
• No one available to receive the order
• Delays due to external factors (e.g., weather)

Policy & Price Changes We reserve the right to change pricing, offers, or policies at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website and communicated via email to active users.

Website Use All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is protected by copyright. Users may not download, reproduce, or reuse content without permission.

One-Time Orders One-time purchases follow the same cutoff times and delivery rules as subscriptions. No refunds for late orders or customer errors.

User Conduct We reserve the right to block accounts or cancel orders due to:

• Fraud
• Abusive behavior
• Repeated violations of our policies

Privacy Customer data is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

Limitation of Liability Holy Meal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Missed deliveries
• Website errors
• Account access problems
• Product issues

Force Majeure Holy Meal is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain interruptions.

Minimum Age Requirement By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.

Health Disclaimer We do not provide medical advice or guarantee specific health outcomes. Nutritional information is estimated and should not replace advice from a healthcare professional.

Order Accuracy Disclaimer Customers are responsible for verifying their orders before checkout. Holy Meal is not liable for errors or omissions after the cutoff time.

Photography & Marketing Rights By using our service, you grant Holy Meal permission to use non-identifiable images of your meals or shared social media content for marketing purposes.

Subscription Renewal Subscriptions renew automatically each week unless paused or canceled before the cutoff. No refunds for missed cancellations.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and handled in local courts. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first.

Severability Clause If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable by law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Intellectual Property Protection All intellectual property, including branding, logos, photos, and text, is the sole property of Holy Meal. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Third-Party Services We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, WhatsApp). Holy Meal is not responsible for failures or issues caused by these services.

Agreement By subscribing or placing an order, you acknowledge and accept all the above terms and conditions.
