Are your meals kosher certified?
Yes. All meals are strictly kosher and prepared under ORB supervision.
What kind of meals do you offer?
Our menu changes weekly. We offer a variety: Calorie Smart, Vegetarian, Power Protein, and more.
Do you change the meals?
Yes! We add new meals almost every week. Soon, you’ll be able to browse a full monthly menu in advance.
Delivery & Shipping
When do you deliver?
Every Monday and Thursday between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. You’ll receive a message with your estimated delivery time.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across most of South Florida. For other areas, contact us directly.
How much is shipping?
$10 flat for orders under 14 meals. Free shipping on 14+ meals.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Meals come in insulated boxes and stay cold for hours. Just refrigerate upon arrival.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. You can update it in your account before the cutoff.

Yes! We offer digital gift cards—great for new parents, busy professionals, or anyone who deserves a break.

Is my information safe on your website?
Yes. All customer info is secure and never shared or sold.
Can I use your branding or photos for my own use?
No. All content on our website is protected and may not be reused without permission.
Ordering & Subscription
Is there a subscription?
Yes. You can order as a one-time purchase or subscribe for weekly deliveries. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled anytime.
Do you offer bulk or office orders?
Yes! We offer special pricing for large orders (35+ meals). Contact us for a custom quote.
How much does The W Gourmet cost?
Meals range from $15–$18. Discounts apply if you subscribe or use a promo code at checkout.
Can I edit my meals?
Yes. You can change your meal selections anytime before the weekly cutoff.
When can I place an order?
For Monday delivery – order by Friday at 12:00 PM
For Thursday delivery – order by Tuesday at 11:59 PM

How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in → Settings → Plan Settings → Click “Deactivate My Plan” → Confirm.

How do I skip a delivery?
Log in → Select the week → Click “Change or Skip Delivery” → Confirm with “Skip Week”.

What happens if I forget to choose my meals this week?
You’ll be charged $50, which will be saved as store credit for future use.
Can I get a refund instead of store credit if I didn’t place an order?
No. Store credit is non-refundable, but it never expires.
Meals & Nutrition
Do you provide nutritional information?
Yes! Each meal includes nutrition facts and tags like Calorie Smart, Protein Plus, Low Carb, etc.
What if I have food sensitivities or dietary needs?
Please review ingredient labels carefully or contact us if unsure.
What is the portion size?
Each meal is made for one adult and weighs up to 18 oz, depending on the dish.
How long do meals last in the fridge?
Meals stay fresh for up to 7 days.
Can I freeze the meals?
Yes! Meals freeze well and can be stored for up to 3 months.
How do I heat the meals?
Microwave or oven-safe. Heating instructions are printed on each package. Ready in 2–3 minutes.
Do you offer meal plans for weight loss or fitness goals?
We’re not a diet program, but you can build your weekly box from high-protein, calorie-smart, or balanced meals that suit your needs.
Can I customize my meals?
Customization is limited to the weekly menu. For large or bulk orders, contact us to discuss options.
